Standard orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping is 30 days.
Pre-orders do not have guaranteed processing time or delivery date. We will do our best to ship your order as soon as possible.
Domestic and European shipping is included in the purchase price.
International european orders outside of the UK may attract additional import taxes depending on the destination country’s policy’s.
The customer will be responsible to pay for any additional import taxes required in order for the goods to be released.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@coody.co.uk with your name and order number and we will look into it for you.
