Rooms with a view

We stayed in a Coody tent during half term in the Lake District with our two young children, and it honestly exceeded expectations. The tent was incredibly quick and easy to put up, which was a blessing after a long drive, and it felt far sturdier and roomier than we’d imagined.

Even with typical February drizzle, we were warm and dry inside, with plenty of space for the kids to play and wind down in the evenings. It had that proper camping feel, but without the usual stress of cramped sleeping arrangements. Waking up to the views (and keeping the children cosy at the same time!) made for a brilliant family break – we’d definitely do it again.
