Eligibility

The prize draw is open to individuals aged 18 or over at the time of entry and who are legal residents of the UK.

How to Enter

To enter the prize draw, participants must complete the following steps:

  • Join CoodyEurope Facebook Group or follow us on Instagram.

  • Share, like or comment on our social media content.

Prize

  • The winner will receive a free Coody® gift.
  • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.

Winner Selection

  • The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries.

  • The winner will be notified via email/ direct message/other contact method within 48 hours of the closing date.

  • If the winner does not respond within 7 days, another winner will be selected.

Data Protection

  • By entering the prize draw, participants consent to Coody Europe processing their personal information for the purpose of administering the draw and delivering the prize.
  • Personal data will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except where necessary to fulfill the prize.

General Conditions

  • Coody Europe reserves the right to disqualify any participant who does not adhere to the entry requirements, provides incorrect information, or attempts to manipulate the prize draw.
  • Coody Europe is not responsible for any technical issues, lost, late or misdirected entries.
  • Coody Europe reserves the right to amend or cancel the prize draw at any time for reasons beyond their control.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Domestic and European shipping is included in the purchase price. International european orders outside of the UK may attract additional import taxes depending on the destination country’s policy’s. The customer will be responsible to pay for any additional import taxes required in order for the goods to be released.

Please note that shipping and delivery times are estimates, and we are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

6. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns for most products within 10 days of purchase, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging and in resalable condition. To request a return, please contact our customer service team at sales@coody.co.uk

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method, minus any shipping fees or restocking charges, if applicable. Please refer to our Return Policy Page for more details.
